The service

PromptUnleashed is a free informational and educational site about AI craft and related analysis. It is provided as-is and as-available. There are no user accounts and no user-generated content features in v1. Do not submit confidential data through this site.

No professional relationship

Using this site does not create an attorney-client, doctor-patient, fiduciary, consulting, or other professional relationship with Simplicity or PromptUnleashed.

No warranties

We make no warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Simplicity and PromptUnleashed are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the site. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), or zero if you paid nothing and applicable law allows that result for a free service.

Third-party tools and models

Guides may discuss third-party AI tools and vendors. We are not responsible for those products, outages, pricing, policy changes, or outputs you obtain by following craft advice.

Model behavior changes. Examples can be wrong or outdated. Verify before high-stakes use. See also Disclaimer.

Intellectual property and trademarks

Site content is owned by the operator unless otherwise noted. Personal, non-commercial reading and linking are welcome. Wholesale republication or harvesting content to train models without permission is prohibited. Third-party names belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

Copyright complaints

To report alleged infringement, email the editorial address with: the URL of the material, a description of the work claimed, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that use is not authorized.

Security research

Unauthorized probing, scanning, or intrusion attempts are prohibited. Responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities may be sent to the editorial or operator contact. This is not a bug bounty.

Prohibited use

Do not degrade the service with abusive scraping, attempt to compromise the host, or misuse content in unlawful ways.

Narrow indemnity

You agree to indemnify Simplicity and PromptUnleashed against losses arising from unlawful scraping, intrusion attempts, or republishing content in violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would produce a different result.
